Q - At what age can my kitten come home?

A – Your kitten will be able to come home at approximately 13 to 14 weeks of age. Recovery time and possible suture removal is necessary after their surgery.

Q – What food will my kitten be eating?

A – We feed Royal Canin kitten (both dry and wet). We will supply some when your kitten comes home. There are a lot of quality foods on the market. If you choose to switch to another brand, please do your research on the product and change over gradually.

Q – What do I need for supplies for my kitten?

A – The main items you will need to purchase ahead of time are litter box & litter, food & water bowls, food and a cat carrier. Beyond that, the sky is the limit. We do recommend a medium size cat tree, as it gives them a place to climb and sharpen nails. Lots of toys (and clothes if you choose) are at your discretion, and a lot of fun to pick out!!!!

Q – How do I pick up my kitten if I live far away?

A – Although we love to have our families come here to get their kitten, we understand that that isn’t always feasible. We do have options because of distance or you are unable to drive. We have an amazing courier who will drive your kitten to your home or fly with kitten to your nearest airport. Meeting part way with our courier is another option. Prices on these services vary depending on distance and/or flight costs at the time.

Q – What if I have questions or concerns AFTER I pick up my kitten?

A – We will always be here to answer any/all questions or concerns no matter how old your “baby” is. Never hesitate to message us. We do hope for lots of pictures also!!!

Q – What does the 3 or 5 year guarantee mean?

A - *HCM/FIP/GENETIC/CONGENITAL guarantee- Although we are very conscientious in our breeding practices, it is impossible to promise that any Sphynx will not get HCM, FIP or any other congenital or hereditary disease. If your Sphynx were to die under these conditions during the guarantee period, we will provide you with another kitten (per your signed contract).
